I analyze customers’ behavior to develop new market approaches, new strategies and new products.

The latest product I designed and developed is a web application which allows to generate virtual credit cards. I coded the user experience and backend of the application which takes advantage of Web Services and deploys a range of complex security features.

I support the development of Mobile Payment products from the technical perspective as a tester of new releases and from a commercial point of view by showcasing Mobile Payment app at business and Press events.

I design and rework commercial and technical presentations to make complex concepts easy to convey and fun to listen to. Furthermore, I develop technical product enhancement that geneate revenue opportunities.

Last but not least I developed and currently manage an internal Knowledge Management Wikipedia-like platform which not only keeps the whole organization up-to-date with the latest developments, but also allows to shorten the learning curve via user-generated content.
