Since 2005, Flavia has designed and coordinated research activities within the IS.NA.RT Institute.

From May 2012 to April 2013, she held the role of coordinator of the Mission Structure for the Relaunch of the Image of Italy under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

Flavia Coccia is a member of the Board of Directors of ENIT and lends her expertise and know-how in a technical and scientific support capacity to the National Tourism Observatory.

A passionate expert in the field, Flavia is the author of several publications regarding marketing and strategic development for the advancement of tourism SMEs.
