Business leader MasterCard

Responsible for the marketing and sale of MasterCard Worldwide’s range of Commercial products in Italy and Greece, including Business and Small Business cards, Corporate cards, Purchasing and Lodge cards.

In addition, extra services related to reporting, expense management, procurement and purchase control are in scope for this role.

The role involves working closely with Account Managers and customers to identify opportunities to leverage MasterCard specific products and platforms to grow both the customer and MasterCard’s revenues, while meeting strategic product objectives. In addition, the role involves the assessment of which MasterCard solution may be optimum to meet the customers stated and anticipated needs.

In charge for working closely with Product Development and Product Delivery teams in MasterCard, in particular Commercial Products and other parts of GP&S.

The Product Sales specialist is responsible for driving business development inclusive of developing and managing sales pipelines. Customer-facing role, with sales / business development skills in addition to product expertise:

□ Work with account teams to sell and market commercial products
□ Understand and help develop customers’ product strategy and position MasterCard offerings within it
□ Develop sales and marketing plan for region and obtain support and agreement of line management, account management and product delivery and product development departments
□ Propose enhancements for existing products and new product developments
□ Explain and present complicated products to customers and account teams; develop easy to understand benefits presentations related products
□ Provide feedback on product performance to line management, account management and development teams
□ Provide market intelligence to line management and other teams on competition, product performance and propose enhancements to help position and sell products
