Executive Vice President Sales, Distribution and Loyalty @ Accor

Mr. Jean Luc Chretien serves as an Executive Vice President of Marketing and Distribution at Accor SA. Mr. Chretien is In Charge of Sales, the Internet and Call Centers, as well as the new Customer Loyalty Program of Accor SA.

He served as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Pierre & Vacances Maeva Tourisme, a subsidiary of Pierre & Vacances SA. Mr. Chretien joined Accor in 1986 as head of marketing and sales for the Hotels division, then for Accor Pacific and, in 1990, for the Leisure division.

Mr. Chretien served as an Executive Vice President of Hotel Distribution at Accor SA since November 2007. He served as a Marketing Director for the Euro Disney hotels since 1992 and served as its Head of Distribution Strategy since 1996. Mr. Chretien served as a Vice President Distribution and Strategy and Sales Administration at Euro Disney since 1999.

In 2001, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Pierre et Vacances/Maeva Tourisme, then joined the Sales and Marketing Department of SNCF Voyages France Europe in 2004 as Vice President, International Sales. Mr. Chretien is a graduate of the ESSEC business school.
