This slot, the first of two consecutive slots totalling 1 hour and 50 minutes, hosts four stories from four different territories and discusses them:
– A project sponsored by the Tourism Governance of a municipality
– A project set up from the “ground”; which brings a region’s operators together into a business network, where they are united by the common aim of creating value for a local ecosystem.
– A project carried out by a Tourism Consortium
– A project in the StartUp phase, winner of the Italian Talent Prize 2014

The objective of the slot – in addition to providing the projects with a chance to present to the BTO 2014 public – is to analyse the different models of working together, also and above all in relation to other players in the reference ecosystem of their territory.
